Tuition Teacher (MOE preferred)

Job Description: As a tuition teacher at Little Gifts & Miracles, you will:

• Conduct engaging and interactive lessons in English or Math or Science for primary school students.
• Provide academic support in line with MOE curriculum standards.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and active participation.
• Communicate with parents on students' progress and collaborate with fellow teachers for best practices.
• Uphold and model the values of integrity, kindness, and respect in your teaching.

Requirements:

• MOE-trained with relevant teaching qualifications and experience.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development (not just academic excellence).
• Strong knowledge of the MOE syllabus for English, Math, and Science.
• Patient and passionate and is an effective communicator with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Dedication to creating an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in handling primary school students (Primary 1 to 6).
• Familiarity with differentiated instruction techniques.
• Experience in classroom management and student engagement strategies.
