Job Requirements :
- Be well-versed in the products offered by our company (mosquito nets, and other related insect screens products)
- Analyze the client's needs to propose products that are well-suited to their requirements.
- Showcase the value of our products to potential customers in order to drive sales.
- Responsible for conducting visits to sites in order to measure the dimensions of doors and windows and provide guidance on the most suitable products for installation.
- Respond courteously and promptly to customer queries about our products.
- Address customer complaints in a timely manner and work to resolve any issue in a friendly and cooperative manner.
- Establish excellent relationships with all customers.
- Procure payment from customer and submit to the company's accounting department.
- Assist in other ad-hoc requirements when needed.
Requirements:
- Able to speak in English and basic Mandarin (as need to liaise with Mandarin client speaking)
- Must possess a valid class 3 driving license
- Working hours - Monday to Saturday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
