Job Responsibilities:
- - Perform in-process inspection and maintain relevant records
- - Provide timely written reports with factual data and provide recommendations for improvement to process/products
- - Maintain traceability of quality records for all supplied materials and production finished/semi-finished goods, in accordance with company guidelines
- - Recommend timely upgrades and maintenance to test equipment
- - Provide and implement systematic Preventive and Corrective maintenance for all testing equipment used
- - To undertake any other tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior
Job Requirements:
- - Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC with specialty in Testing and Inspection, Quality Control or equivalent
- - Experience or have working knowledge of Analytical Equipment and Devices, such as X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), pH meter, ICP OES, etc
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- - Attentive to details and with initiative
- - Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- - Have a sense of urgency in completing tasks given
- - Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMCS and ISO14001 EMS an added advantage but not a must
- - Able to work night shift
- - 5 days work week
