Qualifications & experience
• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-commerce management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle customer inquiries and create product descriptions.
• Highly detail-oriented to ensure product listings, prices, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date.
• A creative mindset to assist in developing engaging content (images, videos, and promotions) for digital platforms.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Product Listing and management on company's website and 3rd party e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, Amazon)
• Fulfillment of orders from the various e-commerce channels
• Customer service support on enquiry and after sales service
• Digital marketing support - execution of online marketing campaign such as email marketing, social media promotions and paid advertisement
• Live streaming for online product sales.
• Photos and videos taking of new products for use on our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and our website.
