About the Department

Banking Operations (Retail) - Account Operations is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. The Consumer Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Consumer business areas and/or products, including auto finance, consumer banking, consumer lending, small business banking, credit cards, commercial cards, merchant servicing, mortgage banking, and mortgage servicing. The Account Operations focus specializes in account-related operations, inclusive of account opening and account closing within the respective business area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Business Financial Managers to support them on post approval documentation
  • Performs security and documentations compliance checking.
  • Checks, validates and facilitates loan disbursements.
  • Coordinates with relevant stakeholders as touch and contact point to deliver excellent service.
  • Performs data maintenance, rectifications if any, and reporting.
  • Facilitates call log disbursement for unsecured loans
  • Assists in other duties assigned by line manager.
