  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What will you be doing?

  • Review Performance & Reward (P&R) processes with aim to streamline and/or automate them using Excel or enabling technology
  • Review Sales Incentive Plans across countries and business lines, propose opportunities for harmonization and develop support materials to increase awareness and understanding of schemes
  • Assess Performance & Reward-related data and propose conceptual framework for P&R analytics (including dashboards / Excel tools)
  • Research best practices in elevating Wellbeing agenda (initiatives in the market and continuous employee awareness/ engagement thru comms)
  • Support Annual Salary Review 2025 preparation as needed
  • Support ongoing regional P&R and ANZ/SEA projects as needed
