Core Responsibilities
• Conduct daily in-process inspection, including personal hygiene, factory cleanliness, product quality and product specification checklist
• Perform sampling and QC physical and chemical checking on incoming raw material, OEM, packaging materials according to schedule (training provided)
• Monitor critical control point (CCP)
• Assist in investigating product quality incidents, customer complaints, non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence
• Conduct routine microbiological & sensory test on finished products
• Perform monthly equipment calibration (weighing scales, thermometers, brix meter); swab test, air test and GMP in-house training
• Coordinate with pest control company on routine pest control management and weekend night pest control service
• Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and updating process flow, SOPs, and product specifications
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a ITE or Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or relevant (Fresh graduates may apply)
• Food science background would be an advantage
• Willing to work flexible and extended hours on weekday, weekend and public holidays to support operations
• Prioritise food safety aspects and possess a positive working attitude, detailed oriented and a team player
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment good reporting skills and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
• Preferably with related experience in related food manufacturing industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (World, Excel & Power Point)
