Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Provide unique experience through knowledge sharing, understanding clients' needs, positive attitude and excellent customer service.
Identify customer needs by using open-ended questions and physical demonstration
Aware of targets and use product knowledge and selling skills effectively to achieve set target.
Exemplify Sabon image, maintain a professional, business appearance in accordance to grooming guidelines.
Communicate and support all team members to achieve set objectives to ensure flexibility and good team relationship.
Be familiar with and follow the loyalty policies; such as customer Birthday / Welcome Gift redemption.
Participate in the inventory process to minimize shrinkage and ensure accuracy of stock management; keep the stockroom in order.
Ensure counter reflect current merchandising guidelines and testers are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred
Team player with cheerful disposition, positive mindset and willingness to learn
Sales driven and motivated
Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
Must be able to work retail hours, public holidays and weekend
Secondary education level preferred
Ability to converse in both English and Mother Tongue is an advantage
