  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

CALL CENTRE OFFICER [2 years contract]

Working Hours: 5-day work week, rotating shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm) after 3 months need to work 11pm-7am

Work Office Location: Redhill MRT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To make inbound & outbound calls from/ to customers professionally
To perform job order taking and data entry, related to vehicle breakdown
To accurately capture and submit job orders via the internal system
To liaise with contractor when there is a need to utilize their services
To attend customers' complaints and escalate the case to supervisor, if necessary
To perform credit card sale transaction when required

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum ‘N’ Level and above
Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service
Customer-oriented
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
No experience, but with positive attitude are welcome to apply
