About the Role:
To provide Technical Support maintenance and operation support services in accordance with the service guidelines provided as below to this document. Specifically, as below tasks:
Supervise Term Contractor workmen to carry out work as stipulated in respective contracts
Supervise works on maintenance matters, service facilities, conservancy work and others
Liaise with Contractors to ensure proper work procedures adhere to authorities’ regulations and act
Certify and submit the Term Contractor’s final report detailing work done at site for preparation of completion certificate for payment
Review service request cases, fault reporting and enquiries logged in by users
Carry out daily building, equipment and system inspection
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems
Follow up with repair/replacement works where necessary
Attend to complaints and feedback from tenants/clients
Attend to any other matter as assigned from time to time
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Client/FM team
About You:
Diploma in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant facility management experiences or equivalen
Work-At-Height Certification (Good to have)
Preferably trained in WSH, Fire-fighting and first-aid
