Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring operators accurately record quality data in Quality Test Reports (QTR)
Conducting random inspections (receiving, in-process, and final) and updating records
Preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA) for customer deliveries
Implementing “5S” and food safety requirements on the production floor
Conducting various tests (Drop Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test, Leak Proof Test, etc.) for IBC products
Preparing design and test reports, and managing product samples for HQ
Following and enforcing Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures
Assisting with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and customer audit requirements
Training new employees on safety and quality standards
Requirements
Minimum Diploma, bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering
Possess 3-4 years’ experience in QA and QC in Plastic packaging
