Program/Project Engineer

Responsibilities Working on new business opportunities and developing them into NPI run and finally into regular orders. Taking part in all aspects of the product lifecycle from development to manufacturing and will be a key person in transferring the new product to the mass production. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring among the different stakeholders on the assigned projects to ensure the interest of the projects is met. Interacting regularly with the customer, con call, meeting on site etc to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them within the organization to make sure customer needs and requirement are effectively to the team members. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in electrical/ electronics engineering. Min 4 years of working experience in EMS environment in NPI or Program. Experience in RFQ process and ability to read engineering documents. Knowledge in PCBA, Box build assembly and wire harness will be advantageous. Proficient in ERP systems. Demonstrated success in developing and fostering relationships with customers, meeting the objectives with continuous improvement. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa, and/or other Asian language. Excellent people skills, project management skills, good business acumen and a team player. High Integrity, Responsible, Proactive and result oriented. Able to multi-task and work in a multi-cultural environment. Computer literate, Competent in Microsoft Excel. Able to travel domestically from time to time. Must be able to complete job responsibilities while working in a global time zone. Attendance of late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs will be required.
