About The Client Director Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement business development strategies to achieve agreed revenue and contribution targets
- Develop growth plans for key accounts within the assigned client portfolio
- Establish the go-to-market approach and in-market activities to support lead generation, pipeline development and client relationship building
- Proactively identify market opportunities and engagement strategies to pursue new relationships leveraging the business ecosystem
- Develop trusted partnerships with clients through keeping a keen eye on industry and sector trends within the leadership and talent landscape both locally and regionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers within current and potential clients
- Work across project and programme team to ensure solutions are customised to suit clients' needs
Key Requirements
- Postgraduate degree from a reputed university
- At least 10 years' business development and sales experience within the human capital management and leadership training solutions space
- A strong network of contacts at C-suite levels across the region
- A highly motivated hunter who builds strong relationships
- Excellent team player with strong negotiation skills
