Key Responsibilities:

Market Entry Strategies and Sales Support:

  • Remain informed about product advancements and industry developments to comprehend market needs and customer use cases for CPaaS offerings (A2P SMS, ChatApps, Voice).
  • Develop supporting materials for product go-to-market initiatives, including sales manuals, technical evaluations, customer success stories, and competitive analyses.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and clients across various regions to deliver solutions that effectively address their challenges.

Digital Advocacy and Self-Service Empowerment:

  • Demonstrate strong communication abilities and work efficiently with diverse teams across regions and departments to achieve product revenue goals.
  • Collect best practices and standardize solutions to improve the cross-product service experience.

Commercial Strategy and Expansion:

  • Formulate detailed go-to-market strategies with clear execution steps in partnership with internal and sales teams.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, sharing these with internal product development teams to enhance products and close gaps.

Position Requirements:

Strategic Market Leadership:

  • Create and refine comprehensive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with key regional sales teams.
  • Lead the implementation with precision and influence to enhance market engagement and drive revenue growth.

Understanding of Communication Technologies:

  • Have a solid grasp of business models and product logic within the CPaaS industry, including Voice, SMS, chat applications, and traffic management.

Resilience and Proactive Problem-Solving:

  • Demonstrate strong resilience under pressure, taking the initiative to address complex challenges.
  • Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and ownership to ensure project success and accountability within the team.

Advanced Communication and Innovation Skills:

  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills, promoting synergy among immediate and cross-departmental teams.
  • Innovate and utilize collaborative resources to achieve significant results.

Backlog Prioritization for Product Quality:

  • Effectively prioritize product backlogs, aligning tasks with the highest business value and user demand to facilitate ongoing product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Bilingual Proficiency for Global Collaboration:

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with product development teams in China and facilitating seamless cross-cultural interactions.

Educational and Professional Background:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
  • Have at least 3+ years of relevant experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, preferably within the CPaaS sector.
