Role & Responsibility
Requirement:
- Identify and accelerate enterprise learning solution to large enterprise organizations
- Identify and accelerate digital reskilling programs with government and funding agencies
- Work with large accounts to discover, design, and deliver people development plan which will translate to business transformation vision and goals
- Conduct discovery sessions in consultation with customers to identify business transformation learning needs
- Conduct discovery sessions in consultation with government and industry to identify digital skills gaps and roll out reskilling projects
- As the spokesperson and catalyst to promote digital reskilling solution to the target segments and industry
Requirement:
- Extensive experience in providing consulting services on business and digital transformation to large accounts, with focus on human capital development
- Proven experience in leading adult and lifelong learning projects in the private and public sectors
- Confident and comfortable in engagement strategic conversation with c-suite and senior public officials
- Familiar with the respective buying cycle, considerations, and protocol to enable the above
- Well versed on the opportunities and challenges presented by IR4.0 to the enterprise and the communities
- Proven records in winning large scale enterprise training, and multi-million dollar reskilling projects
- Strong business acumen with proven sales leadership experience in leading regional or international teams
- With existing network of large enterprise clients, especially in the banking, and most disrupted industries for the above solution
- Familiar with and relationship with reskilling and transformation funding agencies, and organizations
