Atomic is partnering with a global MNC and they are looking for a junior HRBP to join their team
Budget is up to $6,000/month + AWS+ VB
- Align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs.
- Provide daily performance management support and HR policy guidance to line supervisors and managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and oversee the complete recruitment process.
- Manage and review salary benchmarking, annual increments, bonuses, and allowances to ensure that compensation and benefits strategies are competitive and equitable.
- Address employee relations matters, including grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Evaluate and enhance HR workflows, policies, and procedures, and implement productivity initiatives to motivate employees and boost business performance.
- Drive and coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or HR-related discipline with at least 5 years of HR Generalist/Business Partnering experience.
- Strong personal presence and credibility, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and when faced with competing priorities.
- Possess an agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
