  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  7. Refresh the page.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All contracts relating to the engineering, procurement, construction and installation carried out in various jurisdictions and managed remotely from Singapore
  • Preparation, issuance & management of Invitation to Tender/Bid (ITT/ITB) and Request for Quotation / Proposal (RFQ/RFP) packages.
  • Drafting, negotiating & finalising contracts.
  • Post-award contracts management & administration.
  • On-going management of Change Orders and Warranty Claims.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree from established university.
  • Preferred disciplines: Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Quanity Surveying.

Experience:

  • Minimum Eight (8) years' working experience.
  • Preferred industries: Marine / Oil & Gas / Construction.
  • Experience in project execution, management or administration is an advantage
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Immaculate contract drafting skills.
  • Required Skill(s): Contracts, Tender, FPSO, Contracts administration
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
