Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Workshop Supervisor role:

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a team of technicians in servicing and repairing commercial vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality, turnaround time, and productivity to meet customer expectations.
Ensure that all repairs are up to standard to avoid rework or comeback jobs.
Troubleshoot technical issues using electronic diagnostic tools, identify defects, and determine necessary repair actions and parts requirements.
Provide updates on repair status to the supervisor.
Conduct test drives after repairs when required.
Supervise and manage spare parts usage for contract vehicles.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and workplace housekeeping standards.
Assist Customer Service personnel with providing repair quotations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

NITEC in Automotive Engineering or relevant certification.
Possess Class 3 & 4 driving licenses.
1-2 years of relevant experience in automotive repair, with the ability to handle commercial vehicles up to heavy vehicles.
Experience in technical services, use of diagnostic tools, warranty administration, SOP adherence, and technical investigation and report writing.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
