What You'll Do

As a Territory Manager, SEA, your primary responsibility will be to support the implementation of the company's strategy within the Sales function. You will be instrumental in enhancing our dealer base to drive sales and develop operational efficiencies. Your role will involve setting up the dealer base for Singapore before engaging key distribution partners to drive overall performance. You will also be responsible for driving sales for our products by monitoring dealer performance, handling orders, prospecting, and running the sales process. Your ability to maintain dealer commitment & competency through various events will be crucial. Additionally, you will develop our Dealer Program and Dealer channel strategy to appoint and develop retailers.

  • Participate in the development of annual sales revenue and sales gross profit plans by implementing sales strategies and analyzing trends and results.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for dealers and territories.
  • Drive sales for products by monitoring dealers’ performance, handling orders, prospecting, and running the sales process.
  • Maintain dealer commitment & competency through MBRs, QBRs, and annual Win the Season events.
  • Develop the dealer channel strategy through Market Share Analysis (MSA) and its implementation.
  • Develop Dealer Program and Dealer channel strategy to appoint and develop retailers.
  • Drive initiatives of Inventory management for dealers and distributor partners.
  • Continuously monitor dealers’ status and develop their capability.
  • Provide product and sales training to retailers in the market.
  • Prepare regular reporting for sales results.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for the Territory Manager, SEA role will bring a wealth of field sales experience, with a proven track record in strategic problem-solving and relationship building. You will have demonstrated your ability to analyze numbers and find implications, always putting the customer first. Your critical thinking and collaborative skills will be key in coordinating regional business activities. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders, leading and driving projects across different business areas. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally is required for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is also essential.

  • 7-10 years of field sales experience
  • Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills with strong relationship building abilities
  • Experience in field sales, sales operation, and sales management
  • Capability in analyzing numbers and finding implications
  • Customer first mentality with a strong drive to personally take care of people
  • Proven critical thinking and collaborative skills for regional business coordination
