Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a cross-functional working group (WG) to drive alignment on the direction of client lifecycle management (CLM) capabilities within the bank's operational and strategic frameworks.
  • Organize and plan the necessary components to deliver key aspects of the CLM capability, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Lead the working group in defining both the medium-term roadmap for CLM and the immediate-term business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and establish all required documentation and artifacts to support the effective implementation of the CLM capability.
  • Assist the organization in engaging effectively with the CLM Target Operating Model (TOM) Programme, acting as a key liaison between stakeholders.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing of software to ensure that all defects are identified, documented, and addressed in line with quality standards.
  • Track and document software defects, issues, and test results using bug tracking systems or project management tools, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.

Work Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Experience in Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in projects related to client onboarding and lifecycle management within financial institutions, preferably Private Banking.
  • In-depth understanding of Private Banking front office processes and integration needs for successful CLM implementation.
  • Superuser-level experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including Power BI), and Word, with the ability to develop comprehensive presentations, reports, and analyses.
  • Strong grasp of project management tools, principles of organized change, principle-based design, and issue-based problem solving.
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies, software testing practices, and related tools, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the development cycle.
