Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR team to plan a calendar of employee engagement activities, such as team-building exercises, holiday parties, and wellness programs
  • Develop promotional materials for events, including email invitations, posters, and announcements on the company intranet or social media platforms.
  • Set up equipment, welcome attendees, facilitate activities, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
  • Collect feedback from participants, prepare thank-you notes or follow-up communications, and assist in evaluating the success of the event for future planning by using statistical tools (Excel)
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing the findings from the data analysis
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and propose initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction based on the analyzed data.
  • Assist in the implementation of proposed initiatives, tracking their progress, and evaluating their impact on employee satisfaction and engagement.
