Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales & Marketing Admin to support our business growth. You will be instrumental in building relationships with both existing and potential clients, interacting with parents and students, and promoting our services via social media. This role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should be personable, responsible, and committed, with a can-do attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Front Desk Management

  • Provide a welcoming, professional experience for parents and students at the front desk.
  • Answer inquiries about services, lesson schedules, and general information in a timely manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing communication between staff and clients.

2. Marketing & Content Management

  • Promote the company’s services, programs, and offerings on social media platforms (Carousell, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage a pipeline of content, ensuring it aligns with our branding and resonates with our target audience.
  • Use analytics to measure engagement and adapt strategies as needed to grow reach and visibility.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Organize and manage trial classes, aiming to convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain contact to encourage continued engagement.
  • Assist in identifying new prospects and opportunities to grow the business.

4. Scheduling & Administrative Support

  • Schedule, cancel, and reschedule lessons as needed.
  • Manage lesson and appointment calendars, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Communicate with staff to ensure accurate scheduling and avoid conflicts.

5. Facilities Maintenance

  • Ensure the facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
