Operations/Project Management Intern [Jan - June 2025]

NOTE: We are looking for an intern who can commit full-time (5 days a week) from January to June 2025. This role will specifically be for the TBWA Disruption Accelerator Data Team.

Main Job Scope: Operations & Project Management

• Provide day-to-day support on all projects in the Data Team. e.g. Maintain project depository and WIP sheet, ensuring necessary files are filled and stored accordingly.
• Assist with timelines and resources management
• Assist with correspondence between internal and external teams. e.g. Schedule and coordinate meetings with follow-ups on next steps.
• Assist in data entry and help to schedule and coordinate meetings with follow-ups on next steps.
• Assist with rolling out of new marketing efforts for the Data Team. eg, creation of newsletters and organising the email blasts. This includes managing and coordinating with internal teams to put together marketing content eg, onboarding decks and case studies.
• Assist with putting together operation reports for internal and external teams. eg, project and resource utilisation reports
• Actively participate in internal and external project meetings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organization and project objectives.

Prerequisites

• Extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to and enjoys working with different people.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and corresponding Google tools.
• Proficiency in the Smartsheet, Trello, Mailchimp, Photoshop, Photopea is a plus.
