  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

1-Develop monitoring plans for the entire business chain in the Indian region, identify and assess compliance issues and risks.

2-Organize/support audit and investigation efforts, identify and drive the control or elimination of high-risk items in the business, and promote the improvement of business processes and quality safety risk management.

3-Drive risk management and compliance internalization in the business domain, and promote the strengthening of the three lines of defense for quality compliance in India.

4-Through advocacy and training initiatives, drive the development of regional compliance culture and enhance the compliance capabilities of the teams.

Requirements:

1-Over 15 years of experience in quality management an more than 8 years of operational management experience in large manufacturing enterprises

2-Highly aware of the high-risk points related to quality and safety in large manufacturing operations, capable to proactively planning relevant audits/investigations

3-Possess excellent resource integration skills and business influence

4-Fluent in English and Mandarin

5-Familiar with Chinese and Indian Cultures

6-Experience in manufacturing factories in India is preferred

Notice:

Initially, there will be a need to stationed in India for an extended period to complete the quality management
