Role Summary

This role establishes and manages the pre- and post-sales support for the data center team and helps the company achieve short- and long-term business goals.

  • The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the company's values and integrity and ensuring that all business conducted meets The Company’s requirements and local regulations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide Pre & Post-Sales support for Raritan and U-Systems Cooling Solutions (Cooling).
  • Provide Pre-Sales support for Legrand UPS and Cast Resin Transformer (CRT) (Power).
  • Analyse customers’ needs and recommend appropriate types of solutions, services, or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and/or channel partners in designing & proposing optimum solutions based on customers’ requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, identify & resolve problems faced by customers (Level 1).
  • Provide demos, Proof Of Concept’s (POC) and assist sales in closing deals.
  • Provide training to the sales teams and partners on products & services.
  • To attend seminars & webinars as and when.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Manager.

Role Requirements

  • The successful candidate should have 5 years of experience working within Datacenters and/or supporting & designing solutions for Datacenters.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Networking, Power, and Datacenter Management tools.
  • Knowledge of cooling, containment, and structured cabling will be an added advantage.
  • Must be good in English (Spoken & written).
  • Should be driven & result oriented.
  • Must be a good team player and be able to coordinate within and outside the organization effectively.
  • Have good presentation skills.
