Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to data security and backup protocols.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a comparable role.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
