This is a 2-year training program that will prepare you to handle different core management functions such as Performance management, Recruitment and Team Learning and Development Management.
1st Year Training (On the job Learning):
Learning about the company's suite of products and services available
Setting targets for yourself and how to achieve them
Fundamentals of communication with different types of people
Learning to see things from clients perspective
Educating clients
Different ways to recruit and build your own team.
2nd Year Training:
Recruiting your own team members
Bond and provide training for your team members
Manage overall team and members performances, identify challenges and propose solutions to be executed together with team members.
Requirement
Min Diploma in any discipline and above
Presentable and well-spoken with strong communication skills
Positive and resilient personality preferred
No experience may apply (structured one to one training provided)
