Responsibilities:
Vendor Management
Work closely with product development team and external vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services needed for the project. Additionally, take on extra duties and assignments as directed by the product development team.

Product Testing
Assist the Product Development team in setting up and conducting experiments required to test the functionality of the deployer and implant. Record all findings and complete analysis/review.
Work with the team to conduct user/ergonomic studies with clinical professionals during the product development process in pursuit of user-based product design excellence. Provide support in tracking of key deliverables, milestones and areas of improvement for ongoing projects. Additionally, assist with other assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Documentation
Assist in documenting the project design history details such as requirements, specifications, testing information,

Administrative Responsibilities:
Support communication initiatives, such as email dissemination from partners.

Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in biomedical / mechanical engineering or in a related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in medical device development or product development.

Passionate about working in MedTech. Prior experience in the following areas is preferred: medical technology innovation, leading to development of concept ideas into products, medical device development is a plus
Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar
Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. Proactive and self motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn.
