  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include general functions of Retail Sales and Boutique Management in the jewellery industry. Key responsibilities:

  • Showcasing and explaining diamond jewellery, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers need
  • Answering customers questions about jewellery
  • Assisting customers with purchase decisions
  • Processing customer orders in system
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationship
  • Ensure high delivery of service standards and professionalism are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
  • Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
  • Housekeeping of store front to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
