Office Management:

- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment (printers, copiers, computers) and facilities.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Scheduling and Coordination:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and meeting minutes.

Communication:

- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and letters.
- Maintain communication between different departments, ensuring timely flow of information.

Document and Data Management:

- Create, manage, and update databases and records (including financial or HR data).
- Assist with preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive documentation securely.

Project Support:

- Assist with coordinating team projects, managing timelines, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Track project deliverables, providing support to different teams as necessary.


Financial and HR Support (if applicable):

- Process invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
- Assist in payroll, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Help manage employee attendance records and leave tracking.


Requirements:
- Role is open to only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only
- Role will be with an affiliated Company

Working hours: Weekdays 9 to 6pm

Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
‘N’, ‘O’ Level / Certificate in Administration courses or equivalent
Meticulous and attention to details, able to work independently
