Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the Sales & Marketing Assistant position.
Summary:
Assists with ongoing marketing campaigns by collecting audience feedback, creating graphs, charts, and slides to present to decision-makers, and conducting market research to understand the target audience.
Responsibilities:
Provide marketing support (e.g. Point-of-Purchase signs) to Outlets.
Co-ordinate with Sales Management to conceptualize and implement marketing plans.
Develop and create marketing collaterals.
Manage all marketing resources, advertising, and promotion materials.
Maintain and updated company’s webpage.
Prepare marketing reports and presentation if requested.
Prepare Sales Report.
Manage and process daily and weekly sales product.
Update inventory movements in system.
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Attend to other ad-hoc sales and marketing reports and activities as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably Marketing/Mass Communications of equivalent Diploma Holder.
Meticulous in work, tactful and ability to interact with different levels of people.
Good time management to meet up with deadlines.
Well-versed with computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, Photoshop, etc.
