We're searching for a high-performing Account & Relationship Executive (Sales) who thrives on exceeding quotas and building lasting relationships to unlock new business and cultivate existing accounts.

What You’ll Do:

Proactively reach out to businesses, understand their needs, and showcase how FastJobs can unlock their hiring potential and help us grow within vertical and horizontal markets
Become a trusted advisor, expertly recommending the right FastJobs products to solve specific client challenges
Clearly and confidently present information, guiding clients through the FastJobs experience with a consultative approach
Build lasting partnerships, exceeding expectations through proactive support and problem-solving, ensuring customers maximise their value from FastJobs
Be a key player in achieving sales targets, independently building robust sales pipelines and identifying new revenue expansion opportunities

Who You Are:

A self-starter with a "get things done" attitude, always willing to go the extra mile
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding client expectations and driving revenue growth
You have a natural sales instinct and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
You excel at juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
A background in the HR recruitment industry is a valuable asset
Comfortable using Google Suite applications to streamline your day-to-day tasks
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred
