Job Responsibilities:
Set up computer connections, ensuring seamless integration with other devices and networks (guidance provided)
Manage visual content, presentations, and ensure smooth screen sharing during meetings and events
Assist in basic graphic design tasks for visual content creation
Maintain and manage online links, ensure they are working properly, and assist with website or document linking as needed
Work with data in Excel, including creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and running reports
Attend and assist company events
Facilitate clear and effective communication between departments, ensuring all parties are aligned
Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and handling simple HR queries
Organize and manage simple receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for reimbursements
Quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and systems to meet the needs of the business
