Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Specialist to bridge the gap between our company’s portfolio offerings and clinicians. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at learning and adapting to new digital dentistry tools, has a deep understanding of dental implantology (both surgical and restorative), and is committed to becoming a subject matter expert in all represented areas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing value, achieving win-win outcomes, and fostering strong relationships with dental clinics. This candidate will report of the Head of Commercial, SG or may be considered for a team lead role, depending on the relevancy of the candidate’s professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue performance of an assigned territory: As an individual contributor, you are expected to meet/exceed the revenue targets for an assigned territory monthly. You will be expected to rationalize the reasons for the growth of your performance in your territory and/or the challenges of your clinicians faced that impede the expected performance.

Subject Matter Expert in Dental Implantology Portfolio: Able to understand, explain and demonstrate the technical and scientific aspects of the surgical and restorative procedures of dental implantology to clinicians effectively. You will be expected to undergo continuous learning along your career here and a thirst for product/procedural/scientific knowledge is required.

Subject Matter Expert in Digital Dentistry Tools and enablers Portfolio: Able to understand, explain and demonstrate the technical aspects of our digital dentistry tools and enablers to clinicians effectively. You will be expected to undergo continuous learning along your career here and a thirst for product/procedural/scientific knowledge is required.

Customer Negotiation: Engage with customers to promote and facilitate the adoption of our digital dentistry and dental implant portfolio.

Training Programs: Design and execute value-adding training programs to strengthen relationships between dental clinics and our Practice Success Executives, and active participation in any weekend trade shows, which is a norm for the medical/dental industry.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with dental clinics to ensure clinical practice success in an assigned territory. Teamwork is expected.

Accountability and Initiative: Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and initiative in all tasks and responsibilities.

Educational/Professional/Other Requirements:

Diploma/Graduate Diploma/bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the dental industry, preferably with a focus on dental implantology and/or digital dentistry.


Proven track record in customer relationship management and training program development.

Experience in negotiating and influencing customer decisions.

Fresh graduate with lots of drive and hunger who believes in advancing himself/herself in a commercial career, and possesses the positive attitude and aptitude are welcome to apply.

Class 3 driving license and possesses own vehicle.
