Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesInvolve monitoring incoming goods, handling inventory, and ensuring the efficient delivery of products. Monitoring Incoming Goods: Receive, inspect, and unpack all incoming shipments.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to the Manager and relevant parties. Data Entry: Accurately input data into Excel sheets to maintain updated inventory records. Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, test, and conduct quality control on goods both in and out of the store.
Manage general warehouse tasks, including maintaining adequate stock availability and quantity. Ensure the warehouse and back-of-house areas are clean and organized. Documentation: Handle various administrative tasks and documentation related to inventory and shipments.
Requirements:Education: NiTEC, Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent. Experience: Preferred at least 1 year of working experience in a related field (Logistics/Supply Chain)Skills:Computer literate with good typing skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Technical experience is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Open to both gender.
Weekday (Mon to Fri) - 0845am to 6pm
Weekend (Sat) - 0745am to 12pm
Required to work all Saturday.
