Job Scope:
- Ensure that every job given is executed up to the standard.
- Maintain high hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in kitchen areas.
- Preparing the ingredients for the chef and ensuring the prep is up to the standard
- Ensure the product is always consistent and checked by the chef
- Dealing with ordering and stock rotation.
- Minimise food wastage.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
- Comply at all times with the Staff Code of Conduct.
- Seek to ensure at all times that all visitors or guests on our sites have the best experience possible
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with kitchen equipment
- Understand basic food hygiene practices and health and safety
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Be punctual and well-disciplined
- Work days : Tuesday and Thursday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
Schedule:
