Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the Head Chef / Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef during service for timing andprogress of all dishes
• To ensure that the presentation, taste, texture, and quantity are maintained to thestandards
• To ensure that the correct and same ingredients are used as specified by the HeadChef / Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef to ensure quality is upheld at all times
• To assist the Team in the overall checking and maintaining of your station and toassume overall responsibility
• To liaise with the team with reference to possible improvements/difficulties in yoursection
• To ensure by checking that all dishes prepared and presented in your section are tothe standard laid by the Company
