Job Description

  • Manning the service call hotline and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for call handling.
  • Logging and documenting all incoming calls, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collecting service reports and compiling claim summaries.
  • Packaging claim submissions according to specified schedules.
  • Providing regular updates and summaries on claim status to management or Direct Superior.
  • Maintaining strong communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and supervising day-to-day administrative duties as necessary.
  • Tracking company vehicle records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitating clearance applications and ensuring timely approvals.
  • Provide administrative support to finance department.
  • Performing additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least N Level or O Level or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-year related experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
