Main Responsibilities:
TOUR AND TRAVEL OPERATIONS:
· Involving various aspects of our travel services, such as air ticketing, customized travel, package tour, cruises, corporate group, golf tour, gift voucher, and travel insurance
· Tasks include making and processing new booking, verifying booking confirmation details, updating name list, rooming list, and group listing. This also involves regular follow-up on booking status, monitoring payment deadline, preparing exchange order, service voucher, travel document, and pre-departure information
· Responsible for compiling final itineraries, ensuring booking reconfirmation, and maintaining a systematic filing system for all operational hard copy documents.
· Handling online payment for flight ticket, insurance policy, and travel booking through supplier portal
· Updating the changes in tour itinerary and tour flyer for our existing packages
· Monitoring and replenishing tour flyer in office brochure racks
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
· Assisting the Managing Director with tasks related to typing golf tour and group travel quotation, issuing pro-forma invoice for new sales, updating customer booking status, and following up on customer balance payment
· Supporting the Managing Director in marketing work, website work, and handling ad-hoc task when needed
· Open letterbox and write payment voucher for printed exchange order
· The candidate is also expected to serve as a backup in customer service when the sales team is unavailable
This position requires a dynamic individual with a multifaceted skill set, encompassing operations and administrative support. The ability to adapt to changing tasks and provide seamless assistance across various functions is crucial.
Experience & Skills:
· Relevant work experience in Singapore’s licensed travel companies
· Fundamental outbound travel and customized travel knowledge
· Able to email & WeChat in Mandarin with China and Taiwan suppliers
· Advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
· Knowledge in GDS Amadeus and Athena system is most preferred

Office Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : from 9:45am to 6:45pm
Saturday : from 9:30am to 3:00pm with Alternate Saturday Off
Monthly Salary:
Entry Salary : commensurate with experience and knowledge
Confirmation Salary : commensurate with performance and values
