  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Orchard Hotel Singapore, a member of Millennium & Copthorne International - a dynamic, global hotel group with properties in major gateway cities and operating more than 160 hotels worldwide, is looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals for the following position: -

Room Attendant

The incumbent will be responsible to:-

1. Report to the Floor Supervisor in-charge.
2. Collect all required handphone and keys from housekeeping office at the beginning of a shift.
3. Maintain clean and neat pantry and work area.
4. Check all vacant rooms and report any discrepancy.
5. Clean guest rooms according to required standards and designated priorities as per system.
6. Take good care of all cleaning equipment.
7. Make economical and proper use of cleaning agents and supplies.
8. Report guest feedback and maintenance problems to Floor Supervisor.
9. Lost and Found items are to be handed to housekeeping office with all relevant details. Any Lost and Found is to be reported immediately.
10. Report Do Not Disturb/ Service Refuse Rooms.
11. Return handphone and keys to housekeeping office at the end of a shift. Report any outstanding matter before signing off.
12. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:-

At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
Customer service oriented, energetic and proactive.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
