Job Description:

Lead the Accounting team and manage the day-to-day accounting operations including AR, AP, Billing, etc
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update AR and AR and perform reconciliations
Assist in processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements, according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available, when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Any other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

Possess an ACCA / Degree in Accountancy
Possess at least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Full Sets of Accounts
Proficiency in Xero & QuickBooks is advantageous
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent problem-solving
Good communications & interpersonal skills
