Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor and organize professional development programs.
Gather feedback from members and stakeholders on new training materials.
Collate feedback from participants and trainers to assess the programs' effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Compile program performance data and provide regular reports to senior management for review.
Support budget management by monitoring expenses and preparing financial statements.Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
Good command of written and spoken English
Have prior experience in professional development training, project or event management
Comfortable with managing complex administrative processes and working with statistics
Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
