Guest Relations Executive
Remuneration: Up to $3600 (Depending on experience)
Working Days & Hours: 6 days’ work week - Day Shift (10am-10pm or 11am-10pm) / Split Shift (9:30am-2:30pm / 5:30pm-9:30pm)
Location: Bugis / Promenade (10 minutes’ walk from MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously and promptly, escorting them to their tables.
Stay knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and service procedures to assist guests.
Handle inquiries through email and phone, making accurate reservations.
Manage both reservations and walk-ins, ensuring optimal seating arrangements.
Reconfirm reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
Engage with guests to understand preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Address guest concerns efficiently and seek timely resolutions.
Gather and communicate guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
Coordinate with the Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless service.
Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Accommodate special requests and dietary preferences with care and attention to detail.
Assist with Front of House duties as needed.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in Guest Relations Executive, Restaurant Host, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, or fine dining establishments is an advantage.
