Job Duties and Responsibilities
To assist the Building and M&E Supervisor in the development and implementation of engineering maintenance programs on Building, M&E services and equipment.
To perform / supervise the preventive maintenance works and breakdown repairs.
To conduct periodic routine maintenance checks and update daily maintenance reports.
To coordinate and implement renovations and other A&A projects.
Attend to complaints of all building and M&E matters.
Attend to tenant’s complains.
To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Must be able to perform 3 shift work
Qualifications
Minimum - Nitec 3 (Building Services or M & E)
At least 2 -3 years working experience
