  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

What you’ll do


Supervise a team to onboard driver partner accounts to meet operational targets
Build and maintain long term relationship with drivers by coaching and communicating with the driver partners and getting timely constructive feedback
Providing support to resolve driver partner general queries and emails
Handling of driver partners’ call-back log on onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update virtual training materials, such as videos and Typeform
Strategize and execute lead generation initiatives
Generate ideas and process optimizations to streamline the daily operational duties
Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs



What we seek

Analytical and resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Energetic, driven, passionate, proactive, and attentive to details
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic knowledge in video editing is a plus
Min Diploma in Business or related field
