Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
