Role:

As a Junior Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts through both online and on-the-ground marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that sales teams have the resources, tools, and marketing materials they need to close deals effectively.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation activities by identifying potential customers at local events and promotional campaigns.
  • Attend sales meetings to understand sales goals and align marketing activities accordingly.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that field marketing campaigns are aligned with sales priorities, such as launching new products.
  • Help organise and execute campaigns to nurture leads and through client follow-ups.
  • Support logistics for events, organising promotional materials and managing customer engagement.
  • Foster relationships with existing customers in the region, supporting sales efforts to retain and grow these accounts.
  • Assist in managing customer outreach programs, encouraging repeat business, and identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive brand experience for customers through regular engagement at events and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Local Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or in any related field is preferred.
  • No prior experience is welcomed, but any internship or experience in customer service, sales, or marketing would be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other teams to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to think critically and find solutions to obstacles faced during the execution of campaigns or events.
  • Able to ensure that all marketing materials, data collection, and event logistics are handled with precision.
