Position Overview
As a Product Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts and nurturing lasting relationships with clients. Your in-depth knowledge of our products, coupled with your ability to understand customer needs, will be key to achieving sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our products and services. Conduct engaging demonstrations that effectively showcase features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries with confidence.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies. Identify new business opportunities and assess potential markets for growth.
Proactively seek out and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Convert prospects into sales through effective follow-up and communication.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, preparing regular reports to assess sales trends.
Requirements
Education:
A local diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in sales, particularly in a product-focused role.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to understand and convey technical product specifications.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
