Mobile Massage Team Coordinator

Job Describtion:

• Coordinate massage appointments amongst the group of Visually Impaired Masseurs;

• Deployment of masseurs for External assignments;• Logistic planning for the team as they heads-out for assignmentsResponsibilities

• Arrange, receive and fix in-house massage appointments amongst the various masseurs and guest;

• Answering email enquiries from potential customers for massage events for their company;

• Deploy masseurs for their daily assignments;

• Prepare necessary logistics needed for daily outdoor assignments;

• Arrange transport for masseurs for outdoor assignments;

• Replenish massage cream, towels and miscellaneous duties in the Massage Centre;

• Submit cash/cheques to Finance for banking;

• Accompany/assist masseurs to outdoor events;

• Cover duty for CFS MMT Coordinator, when needed;

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor, Manager or the Executive Director.Requirements and skills

• Experience in working with people with disabilities is a plus;

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to inspire and motivate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1,700.00 per month
