Admin Executive - Office Support
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier, sub-contractor invoices and weekly workers petty cash claims
- Updating of individual project costings
- Managing employees annual leave, medical leave and home leave
- Booking of flight ticket for foreign workers
- Managing foreign workers CSOC records, training records, renewing of work permit, buying security bond etc
- General adminstative duties
Requirements:
- Those with past experience in renovation / construction industry are preferred
- Those with experience in renewing workers permit, managing training records are preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years admin experience preferred
- Good working attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Independent, energetic and presentable
